Terms & Conditions / Hold Harmless Agreement

By booking and participating in any coaching session with DomItKarl, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
I understand that my coach is not acting as a licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professional. Coaching is educational and informational in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical care, psychological treatment, legal counsel, financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
I understand that I should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring licensed professional advice or treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility, Adult Participation & Consent
I confirm that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, am a consenting adult, and voluntarily choose to participate in coaching of my own free will.
I understand that I remain responsible for my own decisions, actions, boundaries, relationships, and conduct. Participation in coaching does not constitute consent to any BDSM, kink, sexual, relationship, or other activity.
I understand that consent between participants in any activity must be freely given, informed, specific, ongoing, and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. No Guarantees
I understand that coaching may provide education, guidance, perspective, and support toward my personal growth, relationships, dynamics, communication, or goals; however, DomItKarl does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
Individual experiences and results will vary.

4. Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless
I understand that BDSM, kink, relationship dynamics, and related activities may involve physical, emotional, psychological, interpersonal, and other risks. No coaching, education, technique, or risk-reduction practice can eliminate all risks.
I voluntarily accept responsibility for activities I independently choose to undertake.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless DomItKarl, its owner, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from risks I knowingly and voluntarily assume or from actions I independently choose to take based upon information discussed during coaching.
This provision is not intended to waive any right or claim that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Coaching, Education & Guidance Only
I understand that all coaching sessions are provided solely for coaching, educational, informational, and guidance purposes.
The coaching relationship does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, financial advisor, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
I retain full responsibility and authority over whether and how I apply information discussed during coaching.

Acceptance
By booking, purchasing, submitting an intake form for, or participating in a coaching session with DomItKarl, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions / Hold Harmless Agreement.
